Opportunities for tuition assistance

At the Dallas Comedy House, we want our students to see themselves reflected in our performers and faculty. We continue to strive to cultivate a student body that is reflective of the diversity the Dallas community has to offer. In the 2016 calendar year, 55% of our performers were male and 45% were female – a statistic we are proud of. 80% of our performer roster were white and 20% were people of color: an area we hope to continue to expand in the upcoming years. In an effort to continue to diversify, Dallas Comedy House Training Center offers a scholarship program to foster the learning of members that will increase diversity in the following areas:

• race and ethnicity
• sexual orientation
• gender identification
• people over 40
• individuals with disabilities
• U.S. military service members or veterans
